“Hello everyone from a cute August morning where we feel the heat in our bones and marrow, as if we are being roasted like oil poured over yogurt and mantı! (No, I’m not hungry, where did you get that idea from?)
This week, I wanted to share with you some selections from my camera.
My dry food scent, my big-eared, white-bellied, small-headed, beloved Minnaş is, of course, plentiful in my camera these days. Does anyone not know her? For those who don’t follow her on Instagram, let me introduce her once again. Her name is Minnaş, my precious cat, a complete mischief-maker, and as her name suggests, a tiny little thing.
The snail that appeared with the smell of earth after the rain was also in my camera. All animals have my heart (even leeches!).
The sunflowers that I can’t get enough of taking pictures of. They remind me of my childhood. There used to be plenty of them around Istanbul during weekend picnics. I wonder if I would have believed it if someone had told me that I would run into this old friend in Bursa one day?
Bursa’s olives. If you happen to come to Tirilye, you will see plenty of them. These olive trees will accompany you along the way.
Another boutique hotel window in Tirilye. If all boutique hotel windows were like this, non-boutique hotels could go bankrupt. Since boutique hotels are already so sweet, why should we prefer non-boutique behemoths? (This could make a good rhyme from this boutique!)
And finally, I bid you farewell like the Teletubbies with the sunset. Actually, I have a lot of photos that I wanted to show you. Maybe I’m the most forgetful person in the world, but I capture moments and memories with photographs and remember them. I also recommend taking photographs to you. It’s good to take pictures.
