Chef Üstün, who has brought unique concepts to the hotel’s restaurants since May 2022, is reshaping Avlu Restaurant’s menu with seasonal flavors for the summer season.

Chef Üstün’s Passion for Anatolian Cuisine

Working with great passion to introduce and develop Anatolian cuisine, Chef Üstün brings his own unique concept to every restaurant within the hotel. Successfully running the Modern Anatolian Cuisine concept at Avlu Restaurant for 1 year, Chef Üstün presents recipes from different regions of Turkey to guests in seasonally appropriate ways.

According to Chef Üstün, the menu has been infused with summer-specific ingredients such as peaches, anise, and artichokes. This menu also features a range of new and delicious options, including vegan products, stuffed eggplant, and various desserts.
