Erdal Doğan started his professional career at Istanbul Doors Group and became one of the partners of the popular establishment, Madeo, in Karaköy. Under the management of Chef Müjdat Gürsoy, Romu Ristorante offers starters such as Beet Tartare served with goat cheese made from 100% goat milk, beetroot roasted at low temperature with red wine vinegar and olive oil. Slow-Cooked Beef Cheek, a dish from the Balıkesir region, is cooked with red wine and served after being flavored with the confit method at low temperature. These unique flavors showcase the restaurant’s commitment to authentic and fresh Italian cuisine.
