Erdal Doğan started his professional career at Istanbul Doors Group and became one of the partners of the popular establishment, Madeo, in Karaköy. Now, he has opened his latest project, Romu Ristorante, in Ataköy. Inspired by the founding story of the historic city of Rome, the venue takes you on a delightful culinary journey.

The spring-summer menu has been carefully and meticulously designed, prioritizing gastronomy techniques and quality. Under the management of Chef Müjdat Gürsoy, Romu Ristorante offers starters such as Beet Tartare served with goat cheese made from 100% goat milk, beetroot roasted at low temperature with red wine vinegar and olive oil. Slow-Cooked Beef Cheek, a dish from the Balıkesir region, is cooked with red wine and served after being flavored with the confit method at low temperature. These unique flavors showcase the restaurant’s commitment to authentic and fresh Italian cuisine.
